Life is Fleeting
Changing winds
Light covers the sky
Storms
Pour down
Desert suns
Brilliant painted horizon
Night fall
Day light will i?
Thought
Yesterday clings to today
Tomorrow maybe ill let go
I think therefore I am

Sometimes I lie awake thinking of what it all means
Some say
Some don’t
Stay still and that’s where you will stay
Keep moving
Life is fleeting
Brilliant suns
Storms that last
A small eternity
The more I think I know
The less I realize its only but a thought in my mind
I think therefore I am

If I could say one thing to the world right now
Today
I would say
Be kind
Open your heart to love
Wonder fully
Breath today
As tomorrow may never be
Thank you for this breath
I say
I think therefore I am
To be or not to be
Is perception reality?

if someone asks you a question kindly how do you feel?
how do you respond?

If someone gives you a complement how do you feel?
how do you respond?

If someone speaks to you disrespectfully how do you feel?
how do you respond?

If someone puts you down how do you feel?
how do you respond?

you now be the one to ask the question

the role of the seeker and receiver
the way you seek determines the way you receive
and the way you receive determines the way you seek

i am a daydream
i flitter by seen through
maybe, unseen
seek to be found
imagine if you drowned
all the way down
daddy owns a hound
noone is around
daddy owns a hound

nothing to be proud
when your daddy is a hound
all the way down
faster to the ground
magic to be found
daddy holds your hand
daddy holds your hand
noone is around
daddy says he proud

pastel flowers awake in my hour
pastel dreams of flowers of gold
hold my hand
dream in the sand
create as you will

dont be afraid to set yourself free
dream on
pastel flower
mama is a healer
daddy wants to love her
mama is a healer
dream on
pastel flower
mummy and daddy hold each other at dew
garden of eden
inside dreams you

the rain

life is a journey; not a destination

 if everyday was a sunny day;
would a sunny day seem mundane?
all you would want would be the rain

without the rains the flowers would cease to bloom

one cannot exist without the other
co-existing together

dancing in the rains
singing away the pain
rainbow umbrellas share the day

we are what we do
what we see
what we believe

today is a day like no another
make todays story resonate
presently appreciate

without the moon
the sun would go off track

in the eye of the beholder;
rain is springs big brother

we all experience, grow, learn, cry and die
to see the world objectively
understand one another with acceptance love and unity
we are all walking a unique road;
journeys of the sun and the moon
yet we are all the same
we all seek the answers of life
striving for happiness
dark and lovely
perspective
reality

aotearoa

i flew in,
only to be welcomed by the most beautiful girl in the world

we got asked if we were from ponsonby
but we didn't care we just wanted the wind in our hair carefree

we stopped for anchovies
a photoshoot with one of the most beautiful girls
i ever did see

we danced a jig
and sang a tune

got lost in antiques
listening to the way of the moon

a garden filled with jewels
smelling deliciously

a body of water
day tripping to the seaside

sunflowers for sale
i need one, oh please

the moon shone for another day
illuminating

deep green roots
make way for dreamy dancing
in the weeds

how beautiful
a friend for life
still managing to take my breath away

tumeke new zealand
until we meet again
i love you

 reflections
perspective
who are we really
and what does this all mean?

a raindrop falls from above
half way down
falling to the ground
deep unto the depths

emotion turmoil from head to heart to brain
value, worth, beauty, truth
if death was upon us
would our purpose reverse?

a princess in her castle
glossy magazine barbie
weeping from loneliness
jewels and gold
afraid
locked away

if money wasn't an issue
who would you be?
what you do?

imagine; she felt very close to it all now
wildflowers by the flume
moonlite nights spent by fires
wandering, pondering
love resonating
sharing stories
of love
empathy and trust
doubled fears
halved
connections
reflections
value
life

moving winds

as the wind moved she moved with it

dancing specks
view of the countryside
 thoughts from a train

glittering light arose as much as a breath allowed her

dividing rains
only to appear
sundance

and just as the wind moved
she moved with it
