a patchwork quilt

like life it self

pieced together with love

with bits and bobs found along the way

 sisters together born to the same day

beautiful flowers blossom

some red, green all colours

beautiful in their own respect

 connected in a way

like the sun to its rays

the moon to the stars that lead us in our own way

independent dreams

still connected 

no matter the distance away

embrace the difference

like every new mornings light

when love and acceptance is manifested
